you can, travel in train. Take the train in Retiro Station, and get down in Nuñez station. There you are, like 10 blocks away from the stadium entrance.

Another option is by bus: you can take the "130" in Retiro (really I´m not 100% sure if you can take it in Retiro Station) and go down in Libertador Avenue and Udaondo Avenue and walk 200 mts to the stadium. Bus is more secure than train.
